The Customer Care Program is a Port Macquarie-Hastings Council initiative, first established in 2006. High quality customer service is universally regarded as imperative for long term business success. The aim of the Customer Care Program is to work with local businesses to develop people, systems and standards to improve customer service.

The Customer Care Program has been enthusiastically embraced by over 130 local businesses who operate in a diverse range of industry sectors. These businesses have successfully met the standards of accreditation and therefore proudly display the Customer Care logo.
