Our vision is to create a highly sought after Customer Care Program which is successful in continuing to improve service standards in the area, thereby improving economic activity.

In addition to achieving high levels of repeat visitation, the Customer Care Program (CCP) aims to:

Assist visitors and local customers to identify businesses that provide quality service
Recognise and promote those businesses who provide outstanding customer service
Provide local businesses with the tools to self-evaluate and develop strategies for improvement.
